We knew Donald Trump had some support in the New England Patriots’ locker room with Tom Brady going on the record calling Trump a good friend and saying he supports all of his friends in whatever they do.
Donald Trump reads an endorsement letter he says Bill Belichick wrote him

It turns out the support from the Patriots might also include Bill Belichick.
Trump said Belichick wrote him a letter, but told him not to read it. Instead, Belichick wrote Trump a new letter for Trump to read. This is what that new letter said, according to Trump.
Congratulations on a tremendous campaign. You have dealt with an unbelievable slanted and negative media, and have come out beautifully. You’ve proved to be the ultimate competitor and fighter. Your leadership is amazing. I have always had tremendous respect for you, but the toughness and perseverance you have displayed over the past year is remarkable. Hopefully tomorrow’s election results will give the opportunity to make America great again.
Best wishes for great results tomorrow,
Bill Belichick
Trump claimed Brady called to confirm he had officially supported Trump.
There seems to be some miscommunication somewhere, however, as Brady said he didn’t vote during the early voting period, so he’d be unable to vote for Trump officially until Tuesday.
What we know for sure is Brady once called Trump a good friend. Trump claimed Brady voted for him, even though Brady said he hasn’t voted yet. And Bill Belichick may have written Trump an endorsement letter that criticized “an unbelievable slanted and negative media.”
