Did you know that ‘Hockey Night in Canada’s’ Punjabi broadcast puts dope music over fights?

Forgive me if this was a totally known thing before today, but it turns out that Hockey Night in Canada is broadcast in Punjabi. That’s not really the story here. It’s great that lots of people have sports broadcast in the language of their choice.

The thing we need to talk about is the dope-ass, extremely tight music that the Punjabi broadcast put over the brawl between the Canucks and Maple Leafs on Saturday night. Normally we’re used to some rambling commentary, maybe a little ambient arena music -- but this totally goes above and beyond.

This isn’t a doctored version of the video, either. This was absolutely what was broadcast. You can find the original here, and it still contains all the music.

Really want to set every single highlight in sports to this.
