Stephen Curry makes a young fan’s birthday by giving him game-worn shoes

Stephen Curry had quite the Thursday night. He poured in 51 points against the Magic and set the NBA record for consecutive games with a made three-pointer at 128. Despite that performance, his best move of the night came after the game when he gifted his shoes to a young Warriors fan in the stands who was celebrating his birthday.

It was a simple gesture, but one that could easily be overlooked with players trying to get back to the locker room and recover from the game. While simple, it made for one memorable birthday.

According to the conversation in the video, the young fan saved up $400 to buy tickets to the game. He got to watch a classic Curry performance AND take home a one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia. That’s a birthday for the record books.
