Brewers’ Brett Phillips laughs like a streaming video that freezes but the sound keeps going

Brett Phillips might have the best laugh or the most haunting laugh.

The Brewers outfielder looks like he’s posing mid-laugh to impress his teammates at first, but after a closer inspection, he’s just laughing. That’s it. No tricks. It’s apparently how he normally laughs. We can’t help but try to help Phillips. He looks like he’s in pain. At some point he just stops moving altogether. But he’s just enjoying himself.

Here’s hoping there are some hilarious moments during Brewers games this upcoming season.
