The Houston Rockets started the season as potential early favorites and after 11 games of poor play, they fired coach Kevin McHale. Since then, things haven't been much better for the Rockets as they still sit in seventh place in the West. On Tuesday, Kevin spoke with the TNT crew before the night's Rockets-Warriors game. He mentions how he was shocked to find out he was fired and the struggles the team faced before the season even started.
