DeMarcus Cousins restrained himself from punching Steven Adams at the last second

DeMarcus Cousins was nanoseconds away from landing a haymaker on Steven Adams. Fortunately, he changed his mind just in time to restrain himself. Whether or not Adams was intentionally grabbing Cousins is up for debate. Cousins did leave the court earlier in the game with an ankle injury. Having a player apparently holding onto that same ankle could not have gone over well.

There was a lot of animosity leading up to that point with tempers flaring up earlier in the game. Cousins was in the middle of it then, too.
