This Texas Tech receiver did a 60-inch box jump SITTING DOWN
Derrick Willies is a 6'3, 225-pound wide receiver who transferred to Texas Tech earlier this year. He is also more athletic than you, and a prime candidate for scientists who are looking for case studies to prove humans are evolving at increased rates. That video doesn't even seem real, but then again, I skipped my weekly gym visit to eat chicken and waffles this weekend, so maybe I'm not the right person to properly judge whether jumping 60 inches sitting down is actually possible.
