For the second year in a row, Joe Maddon and some Chicago Cubs players and coaches spent their Saturday afternoon getting their heads shaved. It’s all part of Maddon’s “Respect Bald” charity that goes toward supporting pediatric cancer research; fans who donated $100 also got their heads shaved alongside the players. It’s a lot like St. Baldrick’s Foundation, but with a baseball twist:

At one point, Maddon saw a man with long hair, and persuaded him to join in on the fun:
