A big Premier League game got delayed because Manchester United’s bus was stuck for 2 hours

Manchester United isn’t just one of the most popular clubs in the world, they’re one of the biggest sports teams in the history of human existence -- which is why it’s hilarious when an entire organization can’t time a trip correctly.
The trip from the part of London where United was staying to White Hart Lane took a couple of hours. A bus trip from Manchester to White Hart Lane wouldn’t take much longer.
UPDATE: Kick-off is now delayed until at least 4.30pm.

Should an organization as large as Manchester United have been able to accurately know how long it takes to get from Point A to Point B while factoring in traffic and road work? Yes, but they didn’t, and the Internet had jokes.
Louis van Gaal says Man United's journey to White Hart Lane is a process and fans should not expect immediate results.

United keener than ever to hire a manager who can successfully park the bus in time at a ground ...

Some took a more hard-line approach.
United should be fined or docked points for not getting to a game on time. Who knew London was busy?

At least Manchester United got a warm reception upon arriving to White Hart Lane.
