Rugby player Martin Castrogiovanni has been suspended by his club Racing 92 after photos of him partying in Las Vegas with Zlatan Ibrahimovic emerged on Tuesday. According to the Guardian, Castrogiovanni told his team he couldn’t play the semi-final match against the Leicester Tigers on Saturday because of a family emergency back in Argentina. Two days later, a photo of him shirtless and partying next to Ibrahimovic came out:

This is what Racing 92 had to say about the situation, per The Guardian:
“Following the publication in the media of photographs showing Martin Castrogiovanni with Paris Saint-Germain footballers this weekend at a hotel in Las Vegas, while the entire Racing squad was in Nottingham to contest a semi-final, Racing 92 have decided to suspend the player as a precautionary measure prior to launching legal proceedings,” read a statement on the club’s website.
As for the match he skipped, Racing 92 beat Leicester 19-16 without Castrogiovanni around, and they’re headed to the Champions Cup final to face Saracens.
