Austin Rivers took a MMA-style elbow that left his entire face bloody
There was nothing intentional about this elbow delivered to Austin Rivers' face after Al-Farouq Aminu came down strong after grabbing a rebound. But it would have been difficult to inflict much more damage if Aminu was trying. This is just a brutal hit. Here's a closer look.

As if the Clippers' injury situation wasn't bad enough already. Somehow, Rivers is probable to return after getting stitches in the locker room.

Rivers received seven stitches above his eye and four beneath it, coming back into the game looking like this.
Major props. I’d be out for six months after an elbow like that.
