When you ask Dick Vitale to do anything you know what you're getting. Which is why it's odd that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would ask Vitale to announce their draft pick. It's one of those things that happened exactly how you'd expect. He rambled for a little while, joked that he was picking himself to play quarterback and kept yammering after the pick until they cut him off.
