Hawaii football team engaged in massive water balloon fight, golf carts and all

For some, April Fools’ Day always ends in a battle to see who can pull off the best prank. But Hawaii football took April Fools’ battles a step further and made it an all-out war.

The team and new head coach Nick Rolovich went head-to-head in a water balloon fight. The staff was definitely outmatched but they leveled the playing field by riding around in golf carts to beat the numbers as they hurled water balloons. But toward the end, the team managed to get the upper hand. Who wouldn’t want to one-up their boss or coach? These football players are living the dream—at least they did for one April Fools’ Day.

The next day, the team went to its first practice of the spring. Now that’s a way to get started!
