A Drake meme made Shaq so mad he walked off the set
The jury is still out on whether Drake’s latest release, Views from the 6, is a great album but while fans figure it out, the album is already gaining a reputation for being a meme. Whether it’s placing Drake elsewhere or placing someone else in place of Drake, the memes are getting really creative.
We at SB Nation even made our own version to commemorate the Raptors' Game 6 loss to the Indiana Pacers.
The NBA on TNT crew got in on the action Saturday night. They made a special Views cover for Shaq, though they might have taken it a bit too far.
It was all in good play, but Shaq might have legitimately gotten angry after seeing that his album cover featured Kobe sitting atop the Staples Center. But the recently-retired Kobe wasn’t by himself. Shaq was there — and he was on Kobe’s back.
This may have conjured up the messy discussion of who the real leader of the early 2000s Lakers locker room was, but Shaq seemed to brush it off and still managed to play along by storming off and trashing whatever he could find his hands on as he made his way out.
