Reds pitcher throws a silly 54 mph eephus pitch to fool hitter
Whoa!
Reds pitcher Alfredo Simon, who regularly throw in the upper-90s, dropped this one in on Sunday against the Mariners. This had to make Shawn O’Malley insane.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this pitch from Simon. It’s not even the slowest eephus we’ve seen this year, but they are very unusual and dang are they fun.
