LeBron James borrowed his coach’s seat cushion and didn’t even use it
A peculiar moment happened on the bench during Monday’s Cavs-Hawks game. LeBron was about to check out on the bench, while Iman Shumpert took his place. He’d asked for what appeared to be Tyronn Lue’s seat cushion, but in the middle of sitting down, LeBron ultimately decided not to use it and tossed it on the floor.
Where was Lue during this moment? Far away from the bench, focused on the court, while LeBron tried to figure out what to do with the cushion.
To be fair, everyone’s had that moment where they walk into a room to retrieve something, but then suddenly forget what they went into that room for. I don’t think this was LeBron being mean to his coach. It’s the playoffs and so many things are happening. LeBron could be forgiven for having a brain fart here. On the other hand, that’s a waste of a good cushion. LeBron could’ve had a few minutes of ass-relaxing, but apparently he didn’t need it.
