Actual Pittsburgh penguins ate fish out of a miniature Stanley Cup
This year’s Stanley Cup finals have the Pittsburgh Penguins facing the San Jose Sharks, making it a really ocean-based face-off for the NHL. Since NHL on NBC is in Pittsburgh for Games 1 and 2, they took some time to visit the penguins at the zoo, bringing along a miniature Stanley Cup to chill with them. It’s a nice gift, considering Pittsburgh took Game 1 on Monday. And of course, they put fish in the Cup for the penguins to eat. It’s pretty much the perfect vessel for food.
