Michael Phelps beat Ryan Lochte and everyone else in the world in the 200m individual medley Thursday night in the eyes of everyone except CBC commentator Elliotte Friedman. Friedman apologized for the mistake after the race. Lochte probably didn’t mind too much.
I'm sorry everyone. I blew it. No excuses
