In what is likely his final Olympic run, Usain Bolt did what he always does: blow away the field. Bolt anchored Jamaica’s 4x100m relay team and made sure there was no doubt which country was going home with the gold. The race was close at the final handoff, but any doubt of who would win was erased the second Bolt secured the baton and began eating up the track with his signature long strides.

He ended up pulling away from the field and coasting to the finish line to secure the gold for Jamaica.
It was likely a final exclamation point on a legendary Olympic career. If this is the end, Bolt finishes his career with nine Olympic gold medals. He’s never won anything but gold at the Olympics, securing a three-peat in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay.
