College volleyball team’s match-winning point includes players jumping over courtside ads
Saturday’s men’s volleyball match between Université Laval’s Rouge et Or and Université de Montréal’s Carabins ended with one of the most ridiculous rallies you’ll ever see. Rouge et Or nearly lost the rally when the ball was shanked outside the line, but two players -- Bruno Lortie and Dany M.-Desroches — made ridiculous saves by jumping over courtside advertising, which led to Laval’s 3-1 win over Montreal.
