Batman rushed the field with just over two minutes left in the half between the Falcons and Jets, causing the game to stop while order was restored.
It’s unclear why Batman felt the need to take to the field. Perhaps a tiny Joker had infiltrated the game, or tiny Bane had a larger plot to threaten the safety of the stadium. Rest assured, things were okay because Batman was there.
This is pretty much a nightmare experience for any parent watching a game. One second your kid is there, the next they’re running across a field in front of tens of thousands of people dressed like Batman.
Most of the time we slam people for rushing the field, but Batman is a-okay with us. Thank you, Dark Knight, for keeping us safe.
