Allen dunked on sophomore Jack White, which brings me great pain. He’s an Australian basketball player, and sharing the same home country means my affinity for all Australian athletes is beyond rationality — but I’m sorry Jack, you got dunked on by Grayson Allen. We don’t make the rules around here.
That said, we’re probably being way too harsh. While Allen isn’t known as a much of a dunker from his Duke career, the dude has serious ups. In 2014 he won the McDonald’s All-American dunk contest by jumping over Jahlil Okafor, so credit where it’s due.
Still though, getting dunked on by Grayson Allen must hurt.
