Watching this video alone you’d probably think it was some Jackass-inspired skate video by a group of friends, and one hoon in a car — but there’s a little more to this. Here is the full video from Instagram, where it was originally posted.
There was no driver in the car. This moment was all happenstance. It appears that a tow truck driver was tasked with towing the car while these skaters were shooting their video, and failed to secure it. This caused it to roll off the ledge almost immediately after the skater jumped the gap.
This makes it way scarier. It’s lucky that everyone was clear of the car before it crashed. Either way the video is hilarious — except for that tow truck driver.
