Today in Barry’s kitchen: A San Francisco tradition.
Barry Bonds has baked some delicious sourdough bread for you
Good job, Barry.

I haven’t seen anyone this happy over their rise since The Great British Bake Off. Mary Berry would be proud by this bake. Sure, the loaves aren’t uniform — but it looks like he’s got a good crust on that, which is difficult to do in a consumer-grade oven.
I also love that Bonds has a chef’s coat he wears to bake bread. I especially love his title.
“Barry Bonds: Executive Sous Vide Chef”
I love it because this isn’t a thing. Someone can be an “executive chef” and lead a kitchen. You can certainly be a “sous chef,” which is the second in command. There’s also a “sous vide,” which is a technique that involves cooking food sealed inside a bag in a regulated water bath.
Bonds is a chief regulated water bath chef.
You can’t cook bread sous vide.
Bread still looks 10/10, would eat.
