Boston Marathon spectator urges participants to run, unlike a certain Super Bowl team

Like marathon participants, the Falcons should have run the ball.

The Boston Marathon is today, where many people will run the 26.2-mile course starting in Hopkinton, Mass. through downtown Boston.

With the Patriots coming off of the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history, a man at the marathon decided to motivate runners by holding up the scoreboard when the Patriots were down 25 to the Falcons:

That’s a pretty great way to motivate the natives who might be running in the marathon.

If they’re a Falcons fan, perhaps not so much.

The masses of people running is also an ugly reminder for Falcons fans that perhaps Devonta Freeman should have gotten more touches at the end of the game.
