WWE’s ring collapsed when two wrestlers went falling from the middle rope
Someone go check on the ref.

THIS IS INCREDIBLE.
Look, I know this is pro wrestling and this ring collapse is predetermined, but let’s appreciate this behemoth battle ending in a catastrophic destruction of a ring for what it is. Braun Strowman, WWE’s biggest and baddest monster, faced the Big Show, who has held that title for almost two decades. The two have had good matches before but very few expected the ending this bout had.
THE DAMN RING COLLAPSED. TWO 7-FOOTERS BROKE THE RING.
It took a superplex — that’s an elevated suplex from the corner — to do it. And while the two giants fell on their backs, the referee wasn’t that lucky. Let’s take a moment to appreciate the referee. He did a superb job of being surprised that the collapse even took place. But he was so focused on it, he forgot to land safely. Someone please go check on him.
The Big Show took part in something similar to this in the early 2000s with Brock Lesnar, and that was as good as this superplex was.
Just last week, Strowman flipped a damn ambulance carrying Roman Reigns.
Wrestling is absurd but so, so good.
