John Cena deadlifted 602 pounds on his 40th birthday

Age is just a number.

John Cena is celebrating his 40th birthday in true John Cena fashion.

Deadlifting!

Let’s do some math. If he’s turning 40, and he deadlifted 602 pounds, that’s a little more than 15 pounds for each year of his life. That’s 1.25 pounds for every month he has lived. Or 150 pounds for every decade.

Anyway, congratulations, John, on making it to the big 4-0 and not letting it slow you down!

Cena recently had another landmark when he proposed to longtime girlfriend Nikki Bella at WrestleMania 33.

It’s been a good year for Cena, and if this deadlift video is any indication, it’ll only get better.
