Perhaps you buy a lottery ticket every week in the hope that one day your numbers will come up. A Canadian couple do the same, except now they’ve won the lottery three times in their life. Barbara and Douglas Fink of Edmonton are unnaturally lucky, and if you play every week their story is going to frustrate you.
Canadian couple wins lottery for 3rd time in their life

In late-February Barbara checked the internet to see the results of the Lotto 6/49 drawing and quickly realized what happened. They had won the lottery, again — this time winning $8.1 million. CTV News reports how she called her husband and simply told him:
“I did it again!”
Winning the lottery happens for these people as often as you might have gone on an overseas vacation. In 1989, Douglas won $128,000 on the lottery with some friends, then the couple took home another $100,000 in 2010. This drawing, their biggest yet, is life-changing for the couple.
“I knew we had all the numbers, but I didn’t know how many winners there were,” Barbara said. “I called Douglas back before midnight and told him it was more than $8 million!”
The pair plan to use the money to ensure their children and grandchildren are set for life, while also buying a new house and taking a vacation. On the one hand, you can’t hate too much because they’re putting the money to good use, but on the other hand — why the heck did they have to win three dang times?
