Murray was throwing out the first pitch for his beloved Charleston RiverDogs when he left the mound, took out a crisp bill, and tried to give it to the umpires as they recoiled, laughing the whole time.
When they refused his generous offer, Murray had to resort to stuffing it in their pockets.
Sadly the bribe didn’t work as the RiverDogs lost 6-3 to the Lexington Legends. At least we got a moment that was so brilliant, so quintessentially Bill Murray that all you can do is laugh.
