There’s a new entrant into the “Is it a sandwich?” debate, and this one really might be a sandwich. It’s the “Chickle.”
This chicken-stuffed pickle throws a wrench in the ‘Is it a sandwich?’ debate

It’s a giant pickle, cut lengthways, and filled with Nashville Hot Chicken. There’s a lot going on in a small meat-filled pickle parcel, but this would honestly taste super good. The essential elements of Nashville Hot Chicken are there; the only concern is the ratio being problematic.
Typically the chicken is served with a few pickle chips, which complement the heat of the sauce perfectly — but this is a lot of pickle.
Now we come to the important question: Is the chickle a sandwich? It has a filling served in a vessel. We’ve accepted that sandwiches can be served in lettuce wraps — so it’s kind of the same thing. On the other hand, it’s chicken inside of a pickle.
