James Harrison is casually working the hell out of his hips on Instagram

James Harrison is 39 years old, and he can still do stuff like this:

Let’s admire how ludicrous it is to lift that amount of weights with your hips. I mean, this shouldn’t really surprise anyone — especially after we learned that Harrison has to wear a sweatshirt while working out because his arms are too big for normal attire.

Now that the impressiveness is out of the way, we can giggle at the sounds he makes while working out. It’s rare to have a video that only SOUNDS NSFW and looks totally normal — but here we are.
