This video shows 11 bikes skidding off the course entering the turn, which Moto GP blamed on “fluid on the track,” claiming it was cleaned up shortly following this video. Some riders were lucky enough to safely skid into the outfield and let their suits take the brunt of the road rash, but others weren’t.
You can see several riders in the clip get struck by either their own bikes, or those of other riders.
Thankfully everyone was OK, because this is one of the scariest wrecks you’ll see. Here it is from another angle.
