Trayce Thompson, brother of Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson, had his fair share of MLB highlights last season with the Dodgers, including a home run that looked like it never came down. Since then, he’s had a back injury that kept him out for the rest of the season, and is currently playing for the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate in Oklahoma City.

I wish I had good news for how he’s doing in baseball lately.
In the 10th inning of Friday’s match between Oklahoma City and the Albuquerque Isotopes, Dustin Garneau hit a deep ball to center field, and Thompson climbed the field’s hill in an attempt to catch the ball. Unfortunately, the ball landed outside his glove, and rolled over the fence, giving Garneau a walk-off home run.
What a painful way to lose a game.
