The magnates behind the “erotic art” company “X-Art” are suing Heat forward/center Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne seeking $92,000 and damages after they rented the couple’s beach-side home and found toxic mold, plumbing problems, and rat droppings — according to a report from TMZ.
Chris Bosh sued by porn company for allegedly renting them a mansion filled with rat poop and mold

According to the lawsuit filed in L.A. County superior court, Colette and Brigham Field, the couple behind X-Art, rented the mansion in the Pacific Palisades back in December of 2016. They paid $46,000 in first-month rent, along with a $92,000 security deposit they claim in their suit was not returned, despite leaving the property.
The Fields are also seeking damages, claiming they “had to seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled.” The report notes that other people have lived in the home since the couple left.
This is definitely one of the weirdest stories of the year so far.
