Sure, LaVar Ball is only famous because his children are good at basketball, but that hasn’t stopped him from doing famous athlete things like autographing his own trading cards.
Can you tell whether these LaVar Ball trading cards are real or fake?
Real Big Ballers will know the difference.

According to ESPN, the controversial basketball dad just signed a deal with Leaf Trading Cards to sign and sell 200 cards bearing his face for $59.95 a piece on eBay. Each card also features a short, handwritten note from LaVar, and they’re exactly what you’d expect.
The cards say extremely LaVar-y things like “I am better than Jordan,” “Lonzo is better than Steph Curry,” and “If you can’t afford the ZO2’s you’re not a Big Baller” — because why wouldn’t they? We can only imagine that like Horocruxes in Harry Potter, each card contains a piece of LaVar’s soul and will now render him immortal and invincible.
And clearly, people wanted the cards: when they went on sale earlier Wednesday, they sold out almost immediately.
But, to be honest, we thought LaVar could do a little better. Yes, the cards are ridiculous, but why not just GO FOR IT and make the cards as Big Baller as possible? So that’s exactly what we did ... and can you even tell that they’re fake?
Enjoy:
