Jimmy Butler is officially a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves, and his first picture reuniting with his former Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau couldn’t be more bizarre. If you thought his first day in Minnesota would’ve been spent without a fanny pack or football, you were mistaken.

Jimmy “Buckets,” what are you doing with that football? Are you a Viking now too? Was this a three-team trade? The state of Minnesota would probably be pretty pleased if this were the case. At 6’7, he’d probably make a good tight end.
Butler was a total steal for the Timberwolves for the small cost of Zach LaVine, Kris Dunn, and the pick that became Lauri Markkanen. If he’s playing football too then the move was a straight robbery!
We should talk about the clothing item around his waist too.
Jimmy “End Zone” also made a bold fashion statement with the fanny pack, but I can respect it. He’s a tourist now in his new state and he’s acting the part.
