Stanley Cup Final games always draw some star power to the fan bandwagon, but usually they come from the area. Like local pro teams or celebrities who call that city or state home.
Nick Saban, of all people, was at the Stanley Cup Final in Nashville
Recruiting trip detour, perhaps?

So ... why is Alabama football head coach Nick Saban at Game 3 in Nashville?
He’s apparently from West Virginia. He’s coached in Alabama for years. As far as we know, he isn’t friends with anyone on either team. So one of three things is happening here.
- He’s recruiting in Tennessee and just stopped by with great seats because he’s Nick Saban.
- Or, he wanted to recruit Shea Weber but didn’t know he had been traded. Could’ve made for an interesting linebacker, no?
- He got lost on the way to the arena, because that’s the only picture we can find of him and it was apparently taken on a construction site?
So we made a better picture.
