Race cars erupted in a massive fireball after a crash and somehow every driver was OK

There was a horrific scene in Monroe, Wash. over the weekend when three cars crashed in the Toyota 100 Super Late Model race and burst into flames.

Evergreen Speedway posted the video early on Sunday morning, noting that Trenton Moriarity, Jeff Knight, and Tyler Tannerall managed to walk away from the wreck sustaining only minor injuries. The result was remarkable, considering just how horrible the crash looked.

It’s a testament to how far safety enhancements have come that drivers can walk away from stuff like this.
