Neymar’s arrival at PSG was an incredible party in Paris

Neymar’s transfer to Paris St-Germain isn’t just a record transfer, or one of the world’s best footballers leaving one of the world’s best clubs at the top of his game — it’s about one athlete suddenly taking over one of the most iconic cities in the world.
