Watch this Olympic skier’s acrobatic parkour training video

Swiss skier Andri Ragettli is preparing for the winter Olympics in a way most athletes will never be able to — parkour.

The workout looks more like American Ninja Warrior than anything you’d expect from an Olympian, but it makes sense for Ragettli. He’s a freestyle skier, which means his sport is more akin to the X Games than any traditional downhill skiing. He needs agility, balance, and core strength to flip and spin — which he showed off here.

Not only did Ragettli move from apparatus to apparatus flawlessly, he even flipped off some of them where he could:

The 2016 World Champion will be a favorite in Pyeongchang, and it’s easy to see why.
