What you might not know is the amazing story behind this fan. Kamel Zaroual is a Marseille superfan who was invited to attend by the team. He traveled across France to raise money for a children’s charity, and cycled at astounding 1,200 miles wearing a Marseille shirt to see his team play.
When Kamel finally had his chance to step onto the field with his favorite team he was under instruction to pass the ball, but he had a different idea — and went and scored on Toulouse.
This was such an amazing and emotional moment.
