The Sixers’ “Trust the Process” mantra is spreading and taking over Pennsylvania. Even local farmers are jumping on the bandwagon.
‘Trust the Process’ is more than a basketball plan, it’s a corn maze
Warning: “Trust The Process” corn maze may not end with No. 1 draft picks.

R&J Farm Market showed off their new corn maze on Facebook on Monday and it has a familiar slogan alongside the 76ers’ logo and a basketball court. It’s further proof that Sam Hinkie’s once-mocked vision was secretly sage advice.
“Trust the Process” is a good basketball term, but also a nice motto for the farming world. Here are some agricultural examples of when you need to “Trust the Process.”
- When it’s two months until harvest and your apples are below market size.
- When your chickens are on an inconsistent egg-laying schedule and you need three times the amount in a week.
- Any time you’re fertilizing anything.
- When the heat wave calls you to irrigate your sweet corn.
There really are dozens of applications! If you want to walk through the “Trust the Process” maze, you can in about a month. Even if you get lost and lose, you’ll still win in the end.
