Ben Roethlisberger is going to receive a care package from Jacksonville, and he might not appreciate it. Cinotti’s Bakery in Jacksonville Beach is sending the Steelers quarterback seven turnovers, as a thank you gift for the seven times he turned the ball over against the Jaguars in 2017-18.

Pettiness is a dish best served warm, with a delicious fruit filling.

This is a growing NFL trend of sending nice things to opponents who lost by way of mocking them. Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan sent a bottle of wine to Cam Newton after the Saints beat the Panthers in the Wild Card Round, and now Roethlisberger has pastries.
In Big Ben’s defense, he balled out against the Jaguars last weekend and despite being booed early in the game he fought back despite horrific offensive coaching to finish with 469 passing yards and five touchdowns. Still though, he lost, and he turned the ball over twice — and that’s enough for Jags fans to roast you for. Former Jaguars QB Mark Brunell is not impressed.
But the Jaguars’ king of trash talk, Jalen Ramsey, loved it.
Ramsey loved it so much that he had the bakery deliver some goodies to the Jaguars with #Respectthepetty written right at the top:
Is it mean? A little. Deserving? Probably not. Delicious? Absolutely.
If any fan bases would like to roast me too and send me free food, I am always willing.
