Amazon held its own broadcast on the Rose Parade on Amazon Prime with Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon co-hosting, and the reception was interesting. Some people loved the nostalgia of seeing the pair back together like they were on Saturday Night Live again, while others — well, they were confused by what was happening.

The 2018 Rose Parade Hosted by Cord & Tish currently has 40 percent of its reviews on Amazon sitting at one star. There are some people who didn’t like the comedy, or felt the conceit wasn’t sustainable for two hours — but there were others who thought it was a serious broadcast and were utterly confused.
