This trick shot team’s record-setting, 660-foot free throw from a cliff took 6 days to pull off

Simply incredible.

A group of Australian trick shot artists broke the world record for the highest basketball shot after sinking a 660-foot free throw at Maletsunyane Falls in Lesotho, Africa.

Sinking the shot off the falls was a logistical nightmare. It took the “How Ridiculous” crew six days, shooting over eight hours a day to finally make it in after the shot from the cliff’s edge careened into the hoop that was sitting on the rocks below.

The work it took to haul the balls from the bottom back to the top alone was a monumental effort, and one worthy of a record in its own right. Now they have this moment.

Amazing.
