Yes, this is a Starks meet-and-greet at the McDonald’s across the street from Penn Station in New York. It’s not a sporting goods store, or a bookshop, or some sort of upscale lunch spot that sells artisanal flatbreads for an over-inflated cost. It’s a McDonald’s, for two hours on a Friday afternoon.
