Alvin Kamara’s casual new workout routine includes lifting weights and pulling a car

You may be working hard at the gym, but there’s a good chance you’re probably not working as hard as Saints RB Alvin Kamara.
The dude is not only lifting weights, but he’s pulling a dang car while he’s doing it!
Athletes have trained by pulling cars before but they’ve hardly ever stepped their game up by throwing an entire weight set on their shoulders and then going for a stroll. It’s incredible and an indication that you can always go the extra step when you’re working out.
What’s even the purpose of his buddy in the orange shirt walking next to him? Is he going to spot him or is he going to press on the brakes of the car to make things even more difficult? You know what, I wouldn’t even be surprised if at any point during this workout, he just leaps on top of Kamara’s shoulders and the Saints standout takes him half a mile in a fireman’s carry position.
We know that Alvin Kamara is hard to stop on the field. His rookie numbers were historic, especially his yards per carry. It got so bad that Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis said during the season, “That’s something we’re still trying to figure out.” If a ton of weight and a machine on wheels can’t stop Alvin Kamara, nothing will, to be honest.
