Feast your eyes on these amazing ‘Spongebob Squarepants’ hockey jerseys

With minor league sports come theme nights, and the Indy Fuel (the ECHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks) are going full Spongebob Squarepants on Friday night.

The Fuel are going to be repping Spongebob, while the Cincinnati Cyclones are getting Patrick jerseys for the game. Never have two players been more unhappy to wear Spongebob gear than these guys.

Honestly, I’m lukewarm on the Spongebob jerseys — but I would absolutely get myself a Patrick one. There’s just something about a bubblegum pink jersey with a giant face in the middle that appeals to be on a visceral level. Also, I’m too fat to pull of bright yellow — I’d get mistaken for the sun.
