I’m not going to tell anyone how to live their life, but this pun is so bad I simply cannot abide by it. It’s bad on a normal human metric, it’s bad on a dad metric. For funsies I wanted to check on where Lillard was at on the dad scale, only to learn that his first child was born about two weeks ago.

Look, I know this feels like some tired generalization but I can speak with first-hand knowledge on this topic. My daughter was born 16 months ago, and it fundamentally changed something in my DNA. Suddenly I’ve been making more puns, garnering more groans, and I can’t rightly tell you why.
