The great thing about the DeRozan-Lowry dynamic is that DeRozan was trying to be complementary of his teammates. His point was he has the freedom to go out and play loose because he doesn’t need to concentrate solely on scoring, and Lowry wasn’t having any of that. Sometimes your friend annoys you, and you gotta talk it out.

But in the end you always have each other’s back — even when they suck as a friend.
